Carillon Beach Rentals is the onsite rental management company for Carillon Beach and Pinnacle Port. We have properties in Carillon Beach, Pinnacle Port, The Shores, and Seacrest Beach. We provide onsite check in for Carillon Beach and Pinnacle Port. We offer amenities such as free movie rentals, free internet cafe' use, concierge, we are open every day during the summer, and are here to provide you with onsite customer service.
Carillon Beach is the best kept secret on the Emerald Coast and is a unique place in the Florida Panhandle. Carillon Beach is a gated, secluded gulf-front community with private streets where your children can safely ride their bicycles and you can push your stroller, yet in less than 15 minutes you can enjoy picturesque Seaside or the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. Destin is less than 30 minutes away. (Beach Panoramic view ) Currently open in Downtown Carillon is the Hava Java coffee shop, Shipwreck Ltd. Clothing, Azul gifts, Pottery Bar art creations, Bella Flora flower shop, Bella Bridesmaids, and Carillon Weddings. Our homeowners have made selected properties in Carillon Beach available for rental, ranging from studio apartments to 5-bedroom homes directly on the beach. Even the homes not right on the beach are less than a 5-minute walk to one of the 7 community dune walkovers, and you don't have to cross a highway to put sand between your toes!
Pinnacle Port units are available ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom units. These can typically be rented for shorter-term stays, if needed. Pinnacle Port has many amenities to offer. There are 2 pools, one beachfront, one lakeside, there are also several shuffle board courts, basketball courts, 4 tennis courts, a marina with boat launch and much, much more!
The Shores is located on the very west end of Panama City Beach and just less than a mile from Carillon Beach. The Shores is private beach front town homes. It has a beach front swimming pool and direct access to the beach from the unit.
Seacrest Beach located in South Walton has luxury homes with many amenities. Seacrest Beach is most famous for it's swimming pool that is the largest in Northwest Florida! There is a free tram service that will take guests to and from the beach.
During spring break and the summer, free concerts called "Groovin' On The Green" are held every Monday night in Downtown Carillon. Weddings may be planned in the Meeting House or at selected points on the beach. Visit the "Amenities" page for details.
